Refund policy

All sales at Casa Decor are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to buying, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Exceptions In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
